Following Levi van Rijn’s accusations on Jump Street Podcast that Adapt Brand owner Pieter Wijnant physically threatened him when he quit, and Adapt’s response to the claim on Brandon Drummond’s channel, two former riders have come forward to support Levi, refute some of the claims made by Pieter and share their own experiences of what they believe was abusive and aggressive behaviour on behalf of the skate company owner. One former rider claims that other skaters have had issues with Pieter in the past. It also appears that Cavin Brinkman left the brand this year on bad terms and was subsequently uncredited for filming Adrian Deck’s pro skate promo.
