This is the fourth and FINAL video in this special series on ‘Yoga for Skaters’ this time focussing on the Lower back and how you can ease any pain or discomfort you feel during or after skating. In this video Asha shares 4 simple (but challenging) exercises that will increase the strength of your back muscles (lower, middle and upper) followed by 2 stretches that your lower back will LOVE after skating. Just follow along with Asha and try them out. Notice how weak most of our back muscles are and how difficult it is to just lift our own body weight!
