My daily stretching routine takes about 15-25 minutes. Usually after a workout, session or at the end of the day. Flexibility definitely has improved my skating. It has helped be to avoid some nasty falls and allows to feel more aware of my body while learning new things. Focusing on the breath will also help calm the running thoughts and come back to the present moment.
