Phantom 2 Battery Fail

On a recent video trip I had my battery fail quite quickly, The lights started flashing red and i turned it around immediately only to have to fall rapidly at 20 percent battery life. Lesson learned, takes stupid judgement to never do this again! The person who got the camera was not me, but rather the clients son who was a roofer, the grade on the roof was very steep and I was slipping off, thank god for good luck. Phantom was fine, no damage at all besides one scuff on the side.
