ROLLEROBICS UPPER BODY Workout – HIIRT S2E5 – In this video we’ll show a specific upper body training. This is very important to do rollerobics because these are the muscles, together with the core, that are always activated. This way, you engage biceps, triceps, deltoids, lats, lower back, chest and abs. Don’t forget that working out the whole body and engaging all the muscles is crucial for an optimal physical state and healthy body, preventing inbalances and injuries. Rollerobics is the best for a complete workout. Let’s get it!
Rollerobics is the fun and challenging way to energize your inline skating workout.
Inline skating is already a great total body workout, thanks to training the cardio system, strength training, and also co-ordination, but with the introduction of the rollerobics work outs we have a created a series of exercises which are designed to burn even more calories, and shape more muscles than ever before.

And the best part? These are best done on your inline skates, and you don’t need to remove your skates to conquer them.
Each exercise drill can be used at various times during your own inline skating session to enhance the training. However if you are still looking for more?
