Today’s session @judit.coach proposes an AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) in 3 minutes. It is a type of Crossfit training where the maximum number of repetitions are performed in a given time.
She proposes 3 exercises
– 10 reps L-SIT FLEX ALTERN
– 9 reps PLANK ELEVATION LEG
– 8 reps HALF MOON
