Welcome to season 2 of our ROLLEROBICS workouts, this time all about how to strengthen your core. This episode is again hosted by Judit Abarca from Barcelona, teaching you professionally how to get that inline skating workout rolling on Powerslide Swell Triskates!Today we will focus on training our core. Follow the instructions and enjoy the training. 10 skating: helps raise your body temperature and prepares the cardiovascular system for the stimulation of exercise High interval intense Rollerobic training (HIIRT) Additional information (Functional movements are highly dependent on this part of the body, and lack of core muscular development can result in a predisposition to injury. The major muscles of the core reside in the area of the belly and the mid and lower back. Major muscles included are the pelvic floor muscles, transversus abdominis, multifidus, internal and external obliques, rectus abdominis, erector spinae (sacrospinalis) especially the longissimus thoracis, and the diaphragm. Minor core muscles include the latissimus dorsi, gluteus maximus, and trapezius) Rollerobics is the fun and challenging way to energize your inline skating workout.Inline skating is already a great total body workout, thanks to training the cardio system, strength training, and also co-ordination, but with the introduction of the Rollerobics work outs we have a created a series of exercises which are designed to burn even more calories and shape more muscles than ever before. And the best part? These are best done on your inline skates, and you dont need to remove your skates to conquer them.Each exercise drill can be used at various times during your own inline skating session to enhance the training.
