Soo, it’s been a while since I posted a FIT video and its mosdef that time again. This one is all about the warm ups before the main activity. Focusing on getting that blood flowing right before a sesh. If you normally dont have the time for that full workout, this warm up is just as good to loosen those joints and get the heart pumping.
