In this episode of Danny’s Point he takes you on a guided tour of Barcelona. Pack up your skates, because now you can go and explore this beautiful city like a local. Danny has his Rollerblade® RB80 skates ready to roll, so let’s get started.

Danny kicks of his tour at Plaça d’Espanya in the southwest of Barcelona. From there he climbs up Montjuïc and enjoys the breath-taking view. The next stop is in the Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA). Cataluña’s museum of contemporary art is in the center of Barcelona, and well worth a visit. Since you are following Rollerblade® on Instagram and FaceBook, you will recognize Danny’s next location, the Avinguda del Parallel. This is a unique spot in the city as it allows legal graffiti. It is a great skate spot and offers lots of photo opportunities. Next Danny cruises to the Balearic Sea and catches some sunshine on the beach at the W Hotel, his favorite place to relax. It is also the perfect location for the start of a Rollerblade® 10K Challenge. Danny continues to his favorite place to skate at the Parc del Forum. This location next to the sea offers a smooth skating surface and concrete waves that are perfect to skate. Danny ends his tour through Barcelona at Ruta Roex where he joins a group of hundreds of skaters that tour Barcelona at night.

These are the gems of Barcelona that Danny wants you to get out and enjoy. Whether you live in, or are just planning a visit to Barcelona, remember Danny’s Point Skaters’ Guide is the way to go.

Note: The Danny’s Point Skaters’ Guide Through Barcelona does require advanced skating skills including but not limited to: hill descents, skating in urban areas with vehicles and pedestrians, and uneven skate surfaces such as cobble stone and chunky roads.

Rollerblade® team rider, Coco Sanchez, has spent several years working with All Wheel Sports. Most summers you can find her on the ramps at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. She wows the crowds with her co-stars as they seamlessly perform inter-sport stunts. Inliners with scooters, scooters with BMX riders, etc. all work together to create a show that leaves people feeling a rush of excitement. Check this edit out, a glimpse into Coco’s world as a performer.

Our number 1 fan of the Rollerblade® NJ5 skate is back with some good stuff. Back in December 2016 Guillaume Le Gentil released his biggest video project till date. A few months later the VOD (video on demand) was uploaded on the Rollerblade® channel for everybody to see. Like all huge projects hours of footage are collected and many clips will not get the cut. The clips that don’t make it to the final version are called “Left Overs”. Guillaume and Antoni Folliot made this short 2 minute version that are still juicy now. Enjoy “ Left Over Lost In Paris” where Guillaume skates the streets of Paris.
