Yuri Debouvry is an incredibly talented skater. This footage show some of the craziest things he has ever done in the streets. It was a time were being young and fearless went hand in hand with the love for hammer skating. Yuri slowed down after some injuries and has a career in teaching circus and acrobatics.
Jurgen Depoorter has his 32nd Birthday today! But did you also know this man was once rollerblading on a very high level with an athletic body . Today this man a proud father and engaged to his longtime girlfriend Josie Schoonbaert. He is working hard so his family has all they need. There is less time for the hobbies, and getting older makes this one not as easy as it once seemed. I know you always wanted a Skate-profile of some sort and had a lot of fun creating this for you! I hope you like it! Many kisses and the best to you, Josie and Janne! Let’s catch up soon for a beer. Love you buddy! Happy Birthday! Xx Jan
We had some strange times. This footage is from before the mouth mask season. Let it be an inspiration en motivation to get out there. To everybody in this video: “I love you!” –
Gilles Buelens is dedicating this section to the underground blading scene of Brussels. Home of legends like Stephane Mosselmans, Remy Meister, Bruno Willemarck. Because if it wasn’t for them, he would not be skating on the level he is now.

THIS ONE IS FOR THE HOMIES ! No really, if it wasn’t for the WVY-crew wich is a crew of true OG’s, (they all started rollerblading in the 90’s when it was huge) If it wasn’t for these people.. There would be no scene in West-Flanders at all.. This is a gift from me for all the good times, all the sesions, and the miles they had to spent to take young people like me with them, and experience some true rollerblade vibes. Enjoy lads, may many good years still come ! (hope my english is ok because i celebrated this one with some ganster wine !) Enjoy !
