02. How to Stop on Roller SkatesHere are 3 ways to stop on Roller Skates:Plow stop: practise bubbles! Bring your legs out and squeeze your feet together but dont let them touch. This is a great way to control your speed in any situation.T-stop: Practise skating on one foot and lifting the other leg behind. Bring the outside wheels of your back foot to drag the ground to slow you down. Turn and Toe stop! From skating forwards, transition to skating backwards and put your toe stop down behind you to bring you to a stop.
