Biking Through Denver (Luke Bender)

Luke BenderBiking Through Denver
from Luke Bender on 8 Nov 2017

This video was a test of the Pilotfly-H2, three axis gimbal to see what type of shots we could capture while following a subject on rollerblades. I teamed up with local Denver bike lover, Bailey Mesch, to put our skills to the test. We just went for it and ended up getting some amazing shots and scared the crap out of ourselves in the process! In the end I was impressed with the stability of the gimbal at full speed while rollerblading and tracking Bailey on her bike. Hope you enjoy!

2015 Mile High Battle (Luke Bender)

Luke Bender2015 Mile High Battle
from Luke Bender on 12 Oct 2015

Video from the 2015 Mile High Battle skating competition in Denver Colorado. This was the 16th year of the MHB and it was a great battle! We were mostly on the west side of Denver for all three spots and luckily only had to deal with the police at the 1st spot! It was smooth sailing at the 2nd and third spot and we were treated to a great battle! This year we combined forces with Blake Taylor from The Pow-Wow Pro/Am from Florida and Ben Weis from The Truck Stop to create some DIY obstacles to make the final spot very interesting! Enjoy the edit and come on out in 2016 to see The Mile High Battle in person!
