This past week, Andy Wagner of Razors Skates made a big splash with a controversial Instagram story from Winterclash. His insensitive and racist misnaming of the Cougar skates representative and owner caused immediate backlash from the Rollerblading community. I got to sit down and talk with Ali about the story, message, and possibility of the brand moving forward. It was a wonderful conversation, and I learned a lot about how to best show up for Asian skaters in our community.
