I got a set of the second generation USD Sway soul plates to test their claim that it now has a “universal mounting system” and is compatible with most raised heel skates. It turns out this is only true if you use the size small Them Skates 909 shell. If you use any other shell size, or Roces or Valo skates, you’re going to need to get the drill and the dremel out. Don’t even attempt buying these if you are wanting to put them on Razors or Mesmer skates.
