Hello everyone! So October has been a crazy month for me with rollerblading! I have gone through A LOT of different setups. I’ll most likely make a video about my testing and setups from this month but for now here are the highlights of my blading. Let me know what you think in the comments! I have a ton of gear to review so feel free to ask me anything about the gear or tricks you see in this vid. Also I have a ton of thanking to do in my next video. I have so many awesome bladers to thank for imparting wisdom and advice to me willingly. I really appreciate the support.
So I promised a crash edit when we hit 1000 subscribers on the JADRollerVlog YT channel not thinking the channel would ever really hit it… Well recently it did. So here it is. Jack, my associate and Best friend, helped me review the footage in this video. This was his first time seeing a lot of this footage since he wasn’t even alive when I started aggressive inline. So these reactions are real and unrehearsed. Hope you all enjoy this as much as we did! Thank you all for your support!!!! – Jon, Jack and Rowen
I have always wanted to try putting Adapt soul plates on my THEM skates. Finally I gave it a try. This video shows how I put them together and how it turned out. Huge shout out to FruitTech hardware, Oak City Skate Shop and Adapt Brand for the support and great customer service!
So I decided to make a video explaining in a few minutes why I started a YouTube channel. I’m definitely a nobody in the blading world but I love rollerblading. I also love video editing and filming. Putting them both together makes me super happy. Also I am now 37 years old and just recently at 36 years old rekindled my love for rollerblading. I’ve been doing it a lot on and off throughout my life. I also have incredible memories attached to rollerblading in my younger years. My dad used to bring me to the skate park when I was really little and it was a lot of fun. I also remember doing a Misty flip in front of my future wife. I got a giant awesome babe hug from her after I landed my trick. She often says to me one of the reasons she married me was because I was a rollerblader Ha Ha. That’s probably changed now after she sees how much I spend on rollerblading gear. But I digress. I also mountain bike, snowboard and I have skateboarded a little but I make the deepest connection with rollerblading. I hope some of my fails, wins and tips can help you with aggressive rollerblading. At the same time don’t try anything you see in any of my videos ever. If you do, you’re doing it at your own risk. Be safe and thank you so much for watching and subscribing to my channel.
Well this weeks FKPB (@FFFKPB IG) Skate League challenge is a 360 Star revert set by @duke_nugen (IG) I headed back to my local skate park ledge fully padded and went for it. This trick is NOT easy. I basically aimed at the ledge, spun the 3, put my skates in the star position and hoped for the best. I wouldnt say I learned this trick, but I think I got it done… just barley. And on a small ledge ha ha.FK-PB.comOakCitySkate.com
