So I decided to go out and work on my set trick submission to the FK-PB.com Instagram Skate League challenge( @fffkpb on IG ). I had a great time but I was definitely struggling with the humidity and my poor skills. Also sadly my NEW Roces RL1 Black (v2) that was sent as a warranty replacement already started to rip in that same area on the tongue. I decided to tape it and keep skating it because the is no denying that it skates wonderfully. Very responsive and perfect for my foot in my THEM 908s. FK-PB.com Started up a Skate League challenge. Rollerbladers from all over the web submit tricks to be picked at random each Monday. If your trick is picked you are set for that week. If it’s not, then you have to copy the trick that was picked and copy it as close as possible to earn a point. Don’t add any extra flare. Your goal is to survive all the tricks for the duration of the game. Everything will be posted on the fffkpb Instagram channel. So I think I might record my attempts to get these tricks and make a vid each week about it. Im already struggling on week one. ROCES RL1 Black (V2) First Impressions Ep 56 JADRollerVlog Rollerblading

I loved my original Roces RL1 liners. Unfortunately they had some weak points especially the stitching on the tongue. Roces sent me a replacement RL1 Black liner under my warranty! The RL1 Black is like a RL1 V2. It has thicker padding in the tongue and ankle. Roces also addressed the weak point on the tongue. There is a better stitch and some tougher material used at the joint. This looks extremely promising. This video is my initial impressions. To sum it up, I love the improvements and I love this liner! I will make another update after 1 month to see how the tongue is holding up. So far this is super exciting. Episode 55 Rail Jam JadRollervlog RollerbladingI think I finally have my blade setup dialed in. It felt incredible on this short rail Jam session.I also learned a new switch up combo. I have always done soul to top acid, never top acid to soul. I saw long from Oak City Skate do it and it looked sick so I had to try. His looked better obviously. I’ve been told by a few booters that THEM 908s would probably fit me better then 909s. Well they were right.They are also lighter and more fun in my opinion. In the second part of this edit I have my first session with the 908s. I will definitely have a review coming soon!
