AO Makio BROKE ME JADRollerVlog Rollerblading

What’s up!!!! How is everyone doing!!! So I went out for a session at my local with the goal of lacing a clean AO Makio. That’s it. However I have been really working the past 2 sessions and I think I pushed my legs a bit too much. I ended up straining something when trying to clean up my AO Mak.My good buddy Lou noticed that I never stretch and probably don’t take care of my body the way an “athlete” should. This was very accurate especially considering I am almost 41… Barf… Here is how it all went down. Thank you soooo much Lou!!!!!
