Audio protocol to regulate your nervous system before a trick, wave, or climb that scares you.You can use it for any trick, in any sport.Hi. I’m Javi. You commented “FEAR” on one of my reels, and I’m sending you this link. Thanks for trusting me with that. This is an audio. It’s the protocol I use before a trick that scares me, and that I teach in the workshops I give. It works for any sport with a high-commitment moment.A few things before you press play.Use headphones if you have them: The audio uses pacing and breathing cues that work best when nothing else is competing for your attention.Don’t use it for the first time on the big day: Use it 3-5 times in low-risk practice sessions first, so your nervous system associates the audio with calm, not with the high-commitment moment. Afterward, you can use it as your pre-commit protocol. It’s built around three things: breath, eyes, and body. Three things that go out of balance in the 3 seconds before a trick, and three things that can be trained.https://www.instagram.com/javi_garrido_/
