“You forgot your name?” — The Barista
New York, New York – February – May, 2025. Teaming up with Ari (The Stuttering Skater) was a great experience. While still in the realm of inline skating, putting this together was a very fresh perspective piece as I followed him along navigating throughout New York City.

Words from his YouTube channel:
I Just Stutter is a personal film about how I move through the world, and a celebration of a project I am incredibly proud of. I teamed up with ‪@PowerslideInlineskates‬ and ‪@endlessblading‬ to release the Next Endless AB, a thoughtfully designed skate that also gives back. 5% of proceeds will go to the American Institute for Stuttering, an organization that’s played a huge role in my identity and journey. This short film is meant to bring you into the shoes of someone who stutters, where sometimes the most daunting question you can be asked is “What’s your name?” Skating and stuttering have both taught me how to move through the world in my own way, at my own pace. This piece aims to give you a glimpse into what that world looks like.

September 4th-7th 2025. New York City – Following up after 2023’s success is no easy task especially when the most uncontrollable variable happens: RAIN… and lots of it. Two days out of four isn’t too bad considering the forecast said rain all week. The first day was the DSTRY Popup where Reverse Halo was premiered as well as a photo exhibit. The weather during day 2 at the famous Brooklyn banks held out long enough to get a session in as well as being able to finish the day with Metro Mania, the first Inline Alley Cat Race hosted by Track or Die’s Shardy Nieves and finally ending with a 25th anniversary viewing of Live From New York and Theories. We even premiered two of our own videos as well. There was no salvaging day 3 as the rain hit the park hard so day 4 was on a very tight schedule and I would say it turned out to be a successful day. It was a pleasure to see everyone rip the DIY course and as always, it’s a great time to be around the NYC fam. This is home. One Love!
