It’s very rare to find a skate shop nowadays where you can walk inside, talk to a professional, try on skates, meet other skaters with a similar passion, and so on. Ariel Surun opened up Mercado in his hometown of New York City and has just hit the one year mark. I brought my two daughters, Frankie and Cece, to come with me to film a few things and they ended up putting together some questions of their own and conducting an interview.
