This weeks #throwbackthursday upload is a section from our second video released under Nature Skate Video, titled “The Beginning”. It was released in 2001 and featured skaters mostly from the Northeast, Midwest, and Nor-Cal Bay Area.The most memorable aspect of this section in the video is that it features music from some old local friends, “The Crowd Mechanics”. They were a hip hop and breaking crew out of Cambridge MA who would often hang at sessions at the skatepark we owned called “The Treehouse”. This edit also includes footage from their show/live performance there back in the fall of 2000. Shout out to E-Nyce and K-The-I(@applesauce9mm), for this epic track.
