Dunblane skatepark was originally built in 2007, but it looks like it was built much earlier based on how dated the concrete looks and the number of cracked and crumbling surfaces there are around the park. Then again, the original design and build wasn’t exactly great in the first place. The bowl is practically useless because the coping is sunken so low beneath the surface of the platform and some of the other obstacles are just terribly thought out. Then again, this is what happens when a construction company rather than a skatepark building company are in charge of design and construction. However, there are some fun sections that you can gain many hours of enjoyment out of, as I found out.
