2004 and were on the tour that never ended. We only planned to go to Seattle for the Barn Burner and the Seattle Street contest. We ended up driving to Idaho and staying at the owners house of a skate shop/skatepark, then extended it even more after finding out we could make it to the Mile High Battle (still happening annually), and then Texas for Hoe Down! When I told my parents I was going to California it was for a weekend trip to get some photos and videos that ended up me being gone for over a month. It was great to be around such quality skaters, and also people that supported my skating!
