This was and still is my mother’s favorite video I ever made. Can you believe that?My brother and I had some money so we asked our dad to help us buy the Canon XH-A1s so we could create better quality inline skating videos. Our dad had to chip in like he always did and finally bought the camera. It was around 4000 euros back then, brand new. The tripod, lens, cassetes, we got them too. The only purpose of this video was to test one of the color presets that you could put on a SD card and use it straight away while recording. My little brother was usually setting the camera on A, as an automatic. I was pissed about it, often. We fought a lot. Also, I guess our Mum was the Brave little Iris, her last spoken word to me was “Ciao”. Now that’s hardcore!The music in this video is from the Conan the Destroyer soundtrack, the sequel to my favorite movie ever made, Conan the Barbarian. The song and the artist’s names are: Basil Poledouris – Main Title/Riders Of Taramis.
