The nights are getting longer, the days shorter and the wet weather is here! 6AM sessions is definitely over for this year; but this shift in the seasons provides a good opportunity to look back on the achievements of summer. Thanks to all those who supported the series, particularly my wife Victoria, who go’s above and beyond the call of duty to support my skating. Sustaining injury is an inevitable part of the sport, particularly while learning to skate or a new skill. I fully recommend the use of full protective gear to reduce the risk of injury.
