A week after the Bay Area Skate Series and were back on the west coast for another street competition. With cool fresh air and beautiful mountains looming in the background; it was a perfect day for a contest. As usual, nothing short of good times and good vibes. Bay Area Skate Series 2021 – Back To The Streets

The last street competition that took place out in SJ was three years ago in 2018 pre-covid and what a pleasure it was to be back out there. Three spots: Ledges, a shotgun rail, and a long classic spot dubbed as the best worst spot. As usual, the vibes were great and everyone skated really well. Shout out to Mike and everyone who helped organize and attended the event. The community out in NorCal is still one of the strongest. MANA – A Hawaii Story

Theres no place like it on Earth Billy ONeillOahu, Hawaii April 2021. What an amazing trip. We teamed up with the boys from Jump Street Podcast, Austin Paz and Billy ONeill, and paid a visit to our brother Franco Cammayo who moved out to the island of Oahu to serve for the U.S. Army. There, we linked up with the local scene and made some incredible memories from skating ditches and schools to the days where we hung out, had some beers, and took in all the scenery. Hawaii is exactly what you think it isbeautiful. The people treat eachother, as well as treated us, like one big family and you really do get that welcoming feeling from the very start. I personally look forward to going back as often as possible and I hope to see more articles, like the be-mag piece, and more content coming from the islands as the scene continues to thrive with its amazing skaters and personalities. BPSO6: Vice City – The Sixth Annual Boschi Pope Skate Off

“Wait! It’s not over!” Yandriel Silverio New York City August 28th, 2021. Things come and go as times change but the Boschi Pope Skate Off is still holding on strong as we all came together for another year here in NYC. Boschi was in the crowd once again cheering with everyone as we all watched it go down. Personally, I took it a bit easy this year as I really wanted to hang with everyone and catch up with friends so I didnt film as much coverage as usual but I can definitely tell you that I had a great time. Windy City Riot 2021 – Two Decades

“It’s a moving, drunk, street fest/party of rollerbladers and it’s the best collection of people I think that probably exists anywhere.” Brandon LorenzoChicago, Illinois July 17th, 2021.Year twenty! WOW! The riot is known for it’s big prize pot and this year was no surprise as first place took home 3K! Four skate locations with some unique approaches like setting up a wooden box to a square handrail or just gaping onto a kinked down ledge. The skating was entertaining and the crowd, as usual, was full of life. We got kicked out of the final spot but as the campus police were there, the show ended with a banger that was later awarded with a best trick prize.
