So first i did rebuild my Face from 3 Pictures, then i did use that Model to track a Clip
and then i put a sculpted version of that Model back in.
Works pretty well, i run into some problems with me making faces while recording, So tracking deforming Objects will be the next step.

Built inside Nuke from 3 Photos.
Texture is just projected just frontal at the moment. I’m gonna work that out later.

Whole thing took me about 10 minutes.
