Entering Month 6 of the Better Me 2023 challenge is great… It is consistently beautiful outside and I am able to get outside to exercise at every opportunity. It’s amazing how while I don’t feel that I look any different, my increase in my overall fitness is definitely noticeable. Where once I would struggle to keep up with my kids… now they have no chance to keep up with me. I find myself out of breath less and less and I continue to push myself further and further. Just the other day I pushed myself to skate a half marathon and I was only mildly out of my comfort zone.Looks aren’t what’s important… results are!
