This video explains what is like to skate vert with 80mm versus the common 56mm or 58mm cozmo wheels.By purchasing 84mm wheels and customizing them with a lathe you get a flat grooved 80mm wheel with a lot of grip. Speed skaters used to skate on 5 wheels until 110mm wheels came out and they started skating back on 4 wheels again. With bigger wheels less effort is needed to achieve the same results as you’d get with small wheels.
