A big thank you to everybody that came along to train on Aberdeen beach on the 7th. Everyone had a great time all day, from when we met each other in the early afternoon, for some it was the first time, until late the following day. From great creative movement in the playpark to the insane show of tricks at the beach, then the Snakerun which challenges any Traceur to stand upon it.

The evening meal went down a treat, the Roast Chicken Dinner was demolished, washed down by Sticky Toffee Pudding followed closely by another serving of backflip. Even the guys who had never flipped before learnt to flip cleanly. Some fantastic hand balance challenges, some crazy tricking between tables and a hilarious couple of hours later, in a hotel full of Traceurs, we were all ready for bed.

Breakfast, surprisingly, everyone made it! Although most with sore biceps and triceps…

This is when we all parted ways, some kept training in Aberdeen, some went shopping, others headed homeward, but all of us with a smile on our faces, remembering all of the people we met and all of the laughs we had.

A short clip of Scott Young landing a massive corked 720 spin at Buckie Skatepark. Filmed on a Sony AX2000 I managed to stretch it to the equivalent of 200fps. Slowed down so much that the lights on the park appear to start flickering and playing with the Colour Balance. Just a tester.

Barcelona Trip Feb ’12 (Matty Pearce)

February 2012, myself and Tom Browne travelled to Barcelona for a week. We were hooked up with the most incredible apartment to stay in, located in the Pobleneu district. The moment we’d arrived, there was a BBQ on the go. Accompanied with a bottle of Banana Cognac our hosts had blended, it was the perfect way to start a Birthday week in Barcelona.

An edit from this trip out of Scotland, as well as a couple of tricks Tom and I managed to squeeze in. A short section with Mia Del Nevo, cooking her fish close to midnight, had been added also!

A Massive Thank You to Jackie and Davo for making this all possible.

Happy Watching People

P.S. Oh how I regret not taking my tripod!!
