Why you need to cut your top ankle straps as a Beginner inline skater with tilted in ankles (SkatefreshAsha)

SkatefreshAshaWhy you need to cut your top ankle straps as a Beginner inline skater with tilted in ankles

Get your FREE Beginner Starter Pack of 4 inline videos here; https://skatefresh.com/freebie-beginner/ and fix your pronation & any other bad habits. In this video Asha shows you one of the causes of inside edge pronation (that typical beginner stance of skates tilted inwards). Making sure your ankle straps are correctly fastened is the first step to skating without a pronation. However your skates might be stopping you from tightening the top ankle strap to the amount it’s needed. This video explains why cutting the top strap might be the solution for you to get the support you need from your inline skates. If your rollerblades are too loose then this will likely cause the tilting in ankles and your progress will be severely slowed down. You could also run the risk of huge discomfort, foot pain, ankle pain & leg pain from skating with your straps too loose (and unless you cut the end of the straps off, you’ll never get your skates tight enough to support you). For more Beginner specific videos, check out the Beginner Inline Playlist here;https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGWNeaL3gDZSjWBdZScjhTHzJMi4-_1st&si=A2ySmW6YE3EOiI8fWho is Asha Skatefresh?
