I wanted to share my success with diet lately as I found it one of the most challenging parts of my fitness journey. Diet really is most likely more important than the exercise you do.. so if youre out there working out every day and cant get your diet in control, you are working harder and not smarter. This was me. So let me share a great recipe Ive found that uses hardly any oil (other than the potato) and is 100% clean. Clean in the sense of Getting away from fast food entirely. That shit does not serve you! People probably arent taking proper care of that food, they have no care or love when they make it.
