sweet barbecue sauce

1 1/4 cups ketchup preferably organic.
1 cup dark brown sugar.
1/4 cup molasses.
1/4 cup pineapple juice or you can sub apple cider vinegar.
1/4 cup water.
1 tablespoon worchestire sauce.
2 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard.
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
Combine all the ingredients size sauce pot. Bring to a boil and reduce and simmer for five minutes or until all the sugar has dissolved. Serve immediately or cover and store in fridge.

Teriyaki Sauce

Combine the 1 cup water, brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, garlic and ginger in a medium saucepan and set over medium heat.

In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch with the ¼ cup water and whisk until dissolved. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan.

Heat the sauce until it thickens to your desired thickness.

Alfredo Sauce
Melt the butter over medium high heat in a heavy bottomed medium sized saucepan.
Add salt, pepper and flour to the pan.
Slowly pour milk and whisk until combined.
Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, continue to whisk until cheese melts into the mixture and becomes smooth.
Dip a spoon in a taste.

Tomato Sauce

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onions, bay leaf, oregano, garlic, and salt and cook, stirring often, until the onions are soft and translucent, about 10 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and stir constantly until the sauce begins to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring every 5 minutes or so to prevent the sauce on the bottom of the pot from burning. Taste and season with additional salt, if desired. Remove the bay leaf before serving.

Honey Glazed
In a medium saucepan add water, honey, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Allow to cook until the sugar has dissolved. Cool slightly and serve.
