Happy NEW YEAR folks. Your Friendly Neighborhood Rollerblader here with another episode of, Staying FIT with Tre.
I told you I was gonna keep it going and I wasn’t kidding. I want to post one a week if possible but if not once a week, at least twice a month. Anyway, second episode is here. Working on full body and core in this one. Making sure you all get those extra steps needed to keep you FIT.
