Stoked! Jan’s Ski Blog [S02, Day 33] – Skiing the Freshly Groomed East Bowl at Burke Mountain (Jan Welch)

Jan WelchStoked! Jan’s Ski Blog [S02, Day 33] – Skiing the Freshly Groomed East Bowl at Burke Mountain
from Jan Welch on 23 Feb 2020

(02-14-20) The night before they groomed East Bowl at Burke Mountain for the first time this season. I was a bit bummed because I love the natural conditions of east bowl and had never skied it groomed before. I was the firs and only person on east bowl when they dropped the ropes in the morning. It was an unbelievable experience flying down East Bowl with no one else around. Had it not been -10 Degrees outside, I might have done it again, but instead I went home. One and done.
