Leaving The Flat Protocol; Wash Hands, Disinfect door knobs, disinfect stair door knobs, spray clean elevator buttons, wash hands, leave flat, leave building pushing door bars with elbows, hand sanitizer, skate, no sitting to rest, touch no buttons, return, put all gear in bag, hand sanitizer, go into building then flat, wash hands, take skates off at door, spray keys with disinfectant, clean door knobs, spray bottom of skates, throw skates in corner for two days, change clothes, wash hands.
