Can I Grind My Very Ugly Homemade Rail? (Bill Stoppard Skating BSS)

Bill Stoppard Skating BSSCan I Grind My Very Ugly Homemade Rail?
from Bill Stoppard Skating BSS on 21 Mar 2020

I’m allowing myself 10 minute max or 20 attempts, per day, with this rail when inside. While it’s true that very quiet neighbours are very creepy neighbours, I have to keep a tight limit on the thumps.

On October 15th 2019 Artist John Sebelius and musicians Martinez Hillard and Chris Luxem took over the interior of St. Luke AME Church with projected visuals by Adam Johnson and Jeremy Rockwell.

Visuals start up again after the speeches at the 5:20 mark.

St. Luke AME Church is not just a church. For the town of Lawrence and the East Ninth Street neighborhood, it is a pillar of community resilience and enduring relationships.

St. Luke is a critical reminder of the historic struggle for the African-American community in our Midwestern oasis as well as a torchbearer of intersectional community progress.

We have established this fundraising page to help pay for much needed restoration to this iconic Lawrence institution. The stained-glass windows at St. Luke AME Church were originally built and installed in 1910 and with your help they will be restored to their original majesty. Your generous funding will help revive and preserve this magical space.”
