I’m Seriously Overweight, Now What?

I got seriously overweight over the years, working on computers all the time, without skating and here I am technically obese with a BMI of 31.5, even though that isn’t a great measurement for the health. However I can tell that my heart is feeling the difference and I can’t move as I used to, so here is a little breakdown of the situation.
