Some spots are built by skaters, and some just happen to be perfect. This brick quarterpipe, tucked away on the street, is one of those rare gemsan unintentional masterpiece for skating. Whether the builders knew it or not, they left behind the perfect transition, and we had to take full advantage.But not every session goes as planned. While warming up, Nick went for an inspin topsoul on the quarterpipe and ended up taking a bad hit. He tweaked his calf so badly that he was out for a few weeks, nearly putting his entire section in jeopardy. It was a tough break, but thats the risk that comes with pushing the limits on raw street spots.Alf wasted no time putting the quarterpipe to the test, throwing down a sick wall ride that made the spot look even better than it already was.
