If you can’t slide to a complete stop in a T-slide, then you’re missing conscious edge control to keep your front skate upright on a centre edge. Learn that here; https://skatefresh.com/stops-slides/In this video a Miami Skatefresh student demonstrates an almost 100% perfect T-stop, controlling a lovely slide-glide to a. stop. Just the final body up needed to completely nail it! This is a greta test to put your T-stop through. If you aren’t sliding to a stop in a T-stop it’s probably because your front skate is tilted on its inside edge so you can’t balance there long enough to slide to a stop. Conscious edge control is the only solution and it takes some specifics. Don’t leave this to trial & error.Quads BeginnersGrab your FREE T-stop class here;https://skatefresh.com/how-to-quad-roller-skate-courses/Who is Asha Skatefresh?
