Skate Park Jarun – DIY Glidecam first Test

So, my PC tells me this was filmed in 2011. I made a DIY glidecam or steadycam for our Canon XH-A1s and this was the first test I guess 🙂 The rig was heavy but we found it useful and it made us stronger. Also, I broke the camera later while it was attached to it. I’ll tell that story when I fell one story down with the camera. Guys in the video are Mario Gvozden and Ivan Grgi. I made the same mistake of not exporting the video the right way. Ivan Grgi – Autumn Edit

My PC says this was in 2010. Ivan and I went and shot it with a Canon XH A1s. I did the editing and fortunately this video was one of those exported properly, I chose progressive scan and no fields. The filming itself was done swiftly, Ivan chose to be precise and you are looking at the result. He did fly a bit too much on that one clip but I decided to use it, regardless. And there is that one clip where he is jumping over himself while grinding, I think that was the first time I used this technique, but I know it wasn’t the last. Corto – Boina

This song was written by Domagoj Vorberger and the arangement was made by the Corto band, a really interesting and amazing group of people. I filmed this with Domagoj’s little handheld camera, we had bad lighting and a tiny space to work in, but we did have loads of fun. I still can’t forget Domagoj’s big German shepard Buncek crying for his Dad while he was carrying us over the creek. Domagoj was the only one with the waterproof boots. Bunc had to stay ten meters away and wait for his Dad, he was crying all the time. The artists and the song names are: Corto – BoinaI CAN’T GIVE YOU THE VIDEO OR THE SONG, THEY AREN’T MINE TO GIVE.
