TASMANIA FOR THE WIN!
This is what comes to my mind after experiencing getting lost deep in the ancient landscapes of Van Diemen’s Land, TASMANIA. The little island off the southern part of Australia is seriously breathtaking.
Its been a big old 2,000k drive from Brisbane to the southern most tip of Australia, but thanks to some good company from a mate from high school, Mel Atkins who is currently on her own adventure around Aus in her 1979 Vintage Viscount caravan that she restored. We were all set to get amongst the wild windy roads that the south coast has to offer.
A memorable experience not to be forgotten. Sunshine, Ever-changing landscapes with a good ol Aussie feel to it. Tasmania, You really did us proud. Thanks to the legend locals for the good times.

DO THE THING DIARIES #10 Rolling with my idols on a new Sydney skatepark

Rain or shine, i was determined to stop off in Sydney to catch up with these skate legends and roll with the god father of our sport (Matt Salerno).
We met up at the brand new, Sydney city skate park. I recall signing the first petition for this park 10 years ago and it feels great to be hitting this famous, massive park with my homies.
Next stop, Narooma (my home town) to recharge the batteries, fix up my van and plan the next exciting adventure further south.

After a 6 week break due to a silly injury, breaking my collar bone on Australia day. I’m now feeling better than ever and excited to kick start the next exciting chapter of DO THE THING DIARES. Thanks to the warm welcome in Brisneyland (Brisbane) I decided to strap up again and get back on the blades. All went to plan due to the overwhelming support from the positive crew Brisbane has going on. Thanks for the good times

I’ve now mapped out a 100 hr + driving adventure, getting lost in the Land Down Under.

DO THE THING DIARIES ( DOWNUNDER ) #8 90s are back

Talk about a trip down memory lane! I finally made it back to Tuggeranong skatepark to ride with the homies who i grew up skating with. This is where it all started! It had been a long time coming that i have wanted to get back to Canberra, The nations capital to ride my old local skate park.
Tuggers was the stomping grounds for the most part of 6 years growing up. Every afternoon after school and every weekend from 7am to 10pm. The feels were real to experience riding here again.
And to top it all off i was able to ride it with my close friends who i grew up with skating.
A feeling not to be forgotten! Thanks for the Great times legends,
Love ya guts and hope shred again with you soon.
