I Finally got to ride the biggest mega ramp in Australia.
Ohh what a feeling it was. I mean, What better way to kick off 2021 than to start the year with a bang and ride a Mega Ramp at the @megaranch
It was a bit of a rough start to the day due to it being the day after a wild NYE party thanks to Jonny Jenson. This didn’t keep us down! the only thing that stopped this party was the weather, Which continued us all the way back into NSW and high up into the Kosciusko National park where we spend some time to get back in amongst nature.
From there it was a trip down memory lane to the little town of Berridale where i was born to ride the old local skatepark.
Its been an incredible ride to say the least.

We made it to Victoria (VIC) There was no mucking around since we stumbled across a perfect kink rail driving through (Oborst) A little country town at 8am. It had to be done even with my aching body from the session the day before. Totally worth it as it turned out to be one of the best rails Ive ever skated. It didnt stop there thanks to a little old lady who informed us about a new skate park in Bairnsdale, 60km down the road. Silly season is in full effect in the land down under! After an exciting quick turn of events i had to get out of Queensland before the state closed its boarders due to new Covid-19 outbreak. Thankfully i was able to smash out the 1300km drive in 2 days back to my home town, Narooma for Christmas. I was also happy to pick up my mate (insta) Lucky Lucy who kept me very entertained on the drive down the coast through into Victory just in time before their boarder closures. Never a dull moment on the road thats for sure… DO THE THING, Enjoy the show!

Not an ideal start to my stay in Queensland. I found myself stuck in a storm stretching over 1000 km. Not all was lost thanks to meeting up with my mate, Mel from school who’s travelling around Australia in her caravan. Thankfully i wasnt alone riding out the storm which ended up being a kinda scary experience.
We helped where we could by giving gifts to those who werent so lucky and then the sun came out 😉 So i could ride the biggest skatepark in Australia with some of the local homies
