Visiting Skateland, Rotterdam already over 15 years. Properly the best inline park the Netherlands has to offer. Pretty cool to see how they keep on changing the course all those years.
Mind the Gap | Urban Sports Week Amsterdam
For the first time SB Events organized a Mind the Gap stop in Amsterdam. There was a big international field of riders from the States, Ierland, UK, France, Poland and of course some great Dutch riders.
Mind the Gap was held at the Westerpark next to the Ton Ton Club and at the end of the day Julien Cudot from France skated away with one of the best runs ever done on the Mind the Gap setup. Second place was Danny Allbridge who already won the Dutch Championships spine and third place went to best Dutch rider Tom v. Hemert. During the first Urban Sport Week Amsterdam, SB Events organized the open Dutch Championships spine ramp skating. The junior contest is won by Rollerblade rider Jaro Frijn and the title Dutch Champion spine ramp skating for the seniors goes to: Randy Abels from Amsterdam. Randy got third behind Danny Aldridge from the UK (1st) and Jullen Cudot from France (2nd), which earns Randy the national title. Danny Aldridge dominated the ramp with amazing flips and lines and also took the overall win for all the inline contest during the Urban Sports Week Amsterdam.
