Tutorial Como Termo – moldear patines de carbono.

http://roex.es – Como termo moldear un patín, primero tienes que saber si tu patín es termo moldeable. Patines termo moldeables pueden ser el Flying Eagle Drift, El Flying Eagle Veloce, el Powerslide Hardcore Evo y varios patines de velocidad.

Empezamos, sacamos la caña, sacamos los cierres de empeine y sacamos las ruedas. Este es el patín origina, y así queda.

Nos ponemos los cordones hasta arriba y los dejamos flojos, para poder poner el pie.

Ponemos el horno precalentado a 85-90°C y metemos el patín dentro con mucho cuidado.

Lo dejamos 10 minutos, miramos dentro. ¿Sale humo? No sale humo, lo dejamos un par de minutos más, hasta 15 máximo.

Lo sacamos del horno con mucho cuidado, que puede estar muy caliente.

¡IMPORTANTE NO TOCAR LAS PARTES DE METAL!

Pones el pie dentro, apretas los cordones todo lo que puedes y te sientas con las piernas rectas.

Si tienes problemas de dolores mas serios, si te apreta mucho de alante o de los lados…

Lo metemos otra vez en el horno, 10-15 minutos 85-90°C.

agarramos un poco de papel de cocina y lo doblamos o una tirita, y lo ponemos dentro del calcetín donde nos aprieta el patín. Lo puedes fijar con esparadrapo también.

Te esperas hasta que se enfríe el patín del todo, que puede ser 20 minutos.

No te pases! No te pongas un montón de cosas dentro del patín, es importante ir poco a poco, porque es mucho más fácil hacerlos mas grandes y no más pequeños, que luego tienes que ir apretando durante un tiempo largo, aunque si se puede.

http://roex.es – http://roex.es – today we’re going to show you how to heatmold skates. You have to know if your skates are heatmoldable,

For example the Flying Eagle Drift, the Veloce or the Powerslide Hardcore Evo.

So first you take off the plastic parts and the wheels, so the cuff and the midbuckles.

Your skate is then like this.

Make sure your shoelaces are tied to the top, but also nice and loose so you can put your foot in.

Preheat the oven to 85-90 degrees celsius

Open your oven, put the skate in and careful not to touch at the top. It has to be an electric oven, not gas.

Leave the skates in for 10-15 minutes but keep checking. Best to check after 10 minutes, make sure there’s no smoke!

Take the skates out, make sure you don’t burn yourself, especially careful of the metal parts.

Put your feet in, tighten it right to the top. Stand straight, slightly crouched till they cool.

The resin in between the carbon layers will have softened and then hardened to mold to your foot.

If you have worse pressure points, grab a plaster or a paper and fold it, put it inside your sock where there’s a pressure point and repeat the process. You can also hold the paper in place with tape.

The softened resin will shape around the folded item to solve the pressure point. Wait for it to cool, about 15, 20 mins.

It should fit perfectly, so screw it all back together.
