Kingston DIY (Glasgow) – The Skatepark Hidden Under a Motorway
from Wheel Scene on 27 Sep 2025
Kingston DIY skatepark is a brilliant DIY skate facility which is located in the southside of Glasgow, but is close enough to the River Clyde that it is easily accessible from the city centre and offers skaters, skateboarders, scooter riders and BMX riders a much needed undercover spot when the weather in Scotland decides to be…well…Scottish…and wet. The plaza-style skatepark offers a bunch of street features, including banks, curbs, ledges, rails and more skatepark-oriented features like quarter pipes, spines and a wooden mini ramp.
