Iqon AG15 Montre Livingston – the most comfortable aggressive skate available? (Wheel Scene)

Wheel SceneIqon AG15 Montre Livingston – the most comfortable aggressive skate available?

The Iqon AG15 Montre Livingston pro skate is the latest product to get the Honest Reviews treatment. Full disclosure, Powerslide sent me the skates for free to review. I was keen to try them because I haven’t skated any of the boots from the Iqon range yet and this is a proper pro skate, with frames and wheels from his respective sponsors. After a bunch of street and park sessions, and even an all day real street event, I have come to the conclusion that these could be one of the most comfortable skates on the aggressive market. However, this skate is not without its flaws.Check out the Wheel Scene Patreon for loads of videos that are not available on YouTube, including raw footage from the various filming missing to complete this review.https://www.patreon.com/wheelscene

Standard Omni – a potentially great skate with some teething issues (Wheel Scene)

from Wheel Scene on 11 Apr 2024

Standard Skate Co officially released the Omni skate in 2024 and over the past month or two it has been appearing in skate shops across the world. The brand is owned by Lawrence Ingraham and the team consists of Stefan Brandow, Yandriel Silverio and Brian Weis. I have been skating the Standard Omni for the past few weeks in various setups, using different heel pad configurations, experimenting with different frames, and in this video I discuss everything I enjoyed about the new boot from Standard Skate Co and the aspects that I would like to see addressed in future releases.I skated the size large Omni shell with a size large Intuition V2 Liner. I am a size 10UK shoe and I have previously skated size 9.5UK skates in the USD Sway and USD Aeon, and the size medium Them 909 with a size large intuition V2 liner. Ground Control FLT4 – the most annoying thing about this frame (Wheel Scene)

The Ground Control Featherlite 4 frame is the latest product to get the Honest Reviews treatment. I tried my absolute best to break this frame, took it to some punishing spots that have claimed various frames and soul plates over the years, and they held their own. The big question is – how do they compare to some of the other flat frames on the aggressive skate market? If you would like to support this channel, join the Wheel Scene Patreon – https://www.patreon.com/wheelscene

Platform Episode 78 – Heath Burley (Wheel Scene)

Wheel ScenePlatform Episode 78 – Heath Burley
from Wheel Scene on 21 Mar 2024

Heath Burley talks to us about the best show in blading, which is of course Jumbo! He also discusses his recent visit Winterclash and Barcelona, and why he wasn’t a fan of one of Europe’s most famous cities for rollerblading. He also expresses his views on tricks which he believes should be illegal and his thoughts on the current state of rollerblading. He explains some of his biggest slams caught on camera…and there have been a few! Basically, we cover a lot of topics and it was a lot of fun to talk to the guy. Still can’t believe he shaved off his moustache on camera!
