Kenneth Tancre – 3rd Final BMX Park – Virgin Mobile FISE Xperience La Villette 2015

They were two contenders for the overall win at this year Virgin Mobile Fise Xperience serie happening in France, and finishing in Paris famous Hall of La Villette. After an afternoon full of suspense and bets on which one will have the more consistent run ; it’s finally the young english shredder Cam Peake who got the win. Unlucky on his attempt of impressive flair 540, french Istvan Caillet had to give up and let Cam Peake seduce the jury with two perfect runs. Classical 360+whip+bus driver combos (put it in any order you want) were mixed with some original and tech amusements that made it very enjoyable to watch for the crowd.

In another style, some belgium riders were fried of excitement on this compact park and let the pedals turn around full speed to pull the biggest transfers you could imagine. Jimmy Van Belle got the unofficial best trick of the day with a whip in one of them…and maybe also for his crazy fufanu signature on the security guard. On this side, Kenneth Tancré got the official best ninja move with a drop from the top of the wall, not to mention his flip superman that is always a treat to watch (people are still figuring out how it is even possible).

And so ended this year season of FISE Experience, in one of the most famous arena of the French capital becoming later this Sunday evening…a roller disco. The « Freestyle festival » where the FISE was taking place was closing its doors in a sweet nostalgia of the 70’s but also in the eagerness of an exciting new season of FISE …

Teaser – FISE World Malaysia 2015 – Official [HD]

After a first successful edition in December 2014, the FISE World Series is back in Malaysia for an even better and bigger edition, from December 18-20, 2015, with even more international athletes and athletic feats. It’s on Langkawi Island, as close to paradise as it gets, that the big BMX pro finals will be taking place, as well as the Open competitions in roller, skateboard and BMX. The park will be set up for the event on a staple location in Langkawi, Eagle Square.
The FISE AREA park for this event has been designed with multiple sports in mind, since all three disciplines will be taking place on the same park. The usual curves and banks will of course be there, but mixed up with some street features, that we usually find on the skatepark. Rails, curbs and a vert ramp will come switch up the lines that we’re used to on FISE events. The Fun Box will also be tweaked a bit, with a steeped landing which will make possible to hit it in both directions. The global park set up is hence original and unusual, which will be very interesting in terms of riding and of course for the public to watch.

It’s also in Langkawi that will be taking place the official award ceremony for the 2015 FISE World Series titles in Roller, BMX and Skateboard. Stay tuned!
