How To Clean Your Bearings Like A ProIn this video I show you the method I use to keep my bearings running smooth and fast for many years! Regular maintenance is key for keeping bearings in top condition ensuring optimal performance on track and road. My longest lasting set of bearings is in use since 2009 and still spins phenomenal. I found my bearings lasting way longer when using an ultra sonic bath and staying away from gasoline or white spirits for cleaning. Season Final: My Attempt at the 5km Track Record in FrankfurtIn 1986 Michael Handschieff of Austria set the 5.000m track record in Frankfurt/Main with a time of 7.09,97min – a stellar performance at the time!
