1 BAR CONNECTION FINE 4 BAR EQUALS DISCONNECTION?

I have always been big on helping people get to rnd 50 and teaching some stuff i know to those who are good listeners. XCDYLAN93 was sent to me through a mutual friend. I was told that he wanted to get a 99 and I had to personally see what he was about. He is a cool young dude and defiantly is hungry to get some high rounds.
The problem is that when we play he manages to have a 1 bar connection.
So we went to round 51 and suisided but turned out he wanted a higher round and also wanted to get a newer name up on the leaderboards so i decided despite the 1 bar connection to go through with it.
Here is were it gets interesting. From round 1 – 60 Dylan has a 1-2 bar connection.. After round 67 his connection started going to 3-4 bar connection.
At round 72 he frooze in one place running and we disconnected before i could even say whats going on?
Was looking forward to helping him but i guess it was amazing we even made it that far on that connection.
Maybe next time Oh yea i had 1 down the whole game =0/
